I have alot of experience building and remodeling homes with a very sharp eye for detail and the little things. 

Whoever that "coach" is knows damn well he can't make you be successful, but he'll be happy to take that money, though.I'm as sharp as a spoon and I have done a little bit with what I got.

Acquiring a good deal in todays market requires razor sharp underwriting. 

You need to have a sharp agent that asks the right questions and can structure contracts that make your offers stand out.

But when it comes to how I react to when a loved one dies (or a girlfriend breaks up with me) I am about as sharp as a marble so I know I NEED to have this investment taken care of before I come  completely unglued and fall into a million pieces. 

People here are generally friendly and active too which is a sharp contrast to Ohio where I'm from.
