What about the financing aspect?

@Bruce Lynn Looking for a real estate attorney to help me through the legal aspects of acquiring a small apartment building.

Prior to starting to flip full time I spent a year studying and learning the aspects of flipping: how to find deals, deal analysis, making offers, the renovation process and timeline, and staging/marketing. 

Suddenly I had enough money to pay my bills, with a cushion to spare, and—at the urging of my sister, who had been interested in real estate for a while—I came up with the audacious plan to buy my condo from my dad.I had been a homemaker for many years before becoming a professional author, and had relied on my husband to take care of all financial aspects of our marriage.

These harder areas are better for locals who self manage and stay on top of their investments.Management of your property is the most aspect of owning investment property.

This would be my first time dealing with this aspect of real estate.

So I'm looking for a good performing VR areas but also good local community aspect (but that's not as important for now).

Greg,I think your alright , make sure that you have all your emails , Pictures and any other correspondence from all aspects of yourdaim and what has transpired.

This way your are not rushing any of the aspects of the process. 

Good idea to go with a local area code.I'm not sure that the business aspect will help.
