I can't help but observe that success in this case would've had a lot to do with not buying into crowd psychology and jumping into a hot market - instead it would have depended on recognizing value and having the discipline to hold through a tough market.I have no issue with buying value... and there is certainly real value in the Bay.

I don't know too many people who have done this math and haven't determine that small amounts of leverage can be very useful, despite being coupled with very small extra risk.Of course, if it's just a philosophical or psychological issue that doesn't allow you to consider leverage, then the math really won't matter...

Vince,Not sure about the legality, but I can tell you that psychologically, it means more to someone that signed something personally on a hard copy and gave you a check vs. electronically with a pay pal payment.
