The program was created to give low-income tenants an alternative to living in federal project housing.S8 sets their rental rates to the LOW-END of market averages, if not slightly below.

My rule of thumb when walking with contractors is if they talk more about themselves and past projects compared to what they will do on this project thats a hard no. 

My goal is to rent it out to start generating some cash flow.I’m planning to remodel the kitchen soon, and once that’s done, I’d like to move out to make the apartment available for renters.
