Is there work being performed, in progress?

I do think I will always gravitate towards being more conservative in my debt ratios... for me I think that helps me sleep at night.. and that is important.I'll try to keep everyone posted if you are interested as things progress.

Typically they are in the path of progress and as of this writing (July 2008) can be bought at cap rates of 7%.

I saw kids make a lot of progress.

I think in general there is a more gradual progression in terms of climbing the ladder.

When we were building a building and leasing office space to a State agency, every month there would be a team of architects, designers, space planners, leasing agents, etc. driving hundreds of miles to see what the progress of their space was.

As renovation progresses, I'm sure that will change...I'd like to say thanks to Bryan A. for stopping by the office in Charlotte for me!
