"Additional Insured" on Insurance Policy to Property as CollateralHow specifically should a private lender be mentioned on the owner's insurance policy to a property used as collateral to a loan.

I think it will be a big year for you if your properties were not affected since you will be offered a higher rental rate through private insurance housing.

I would bet that the cost of the land is contributing to the $4M cost - although that does still seem high.. but I'm not super familiar with Truckee market. 

A “sort of” competitor of mine who ran a small private lending fund was always operating in a fiduciary way vis a vi his investor’s capital.

And do I have to close this deal with short term private money lending first then get the equity partner in afterwards?
