I'm hoping someone can shed some light on this idea.I always get new mail or advertisements on credit cards that offer up to 12-18 months with no interest payments.

I dont intend to go into it till i have most of my cards in my hand.

Previously I had only used cash, credit cards and banks to get my deals done, so I didn't have pitch my plans and projects to anyone.

There is also Pay Lease that has cards or website integration.  

Bring your business cards with your goal on the card.

We thought about using credit cards to fund the renovations but don’t want to risk damaging our credit score to do so.

Multiple people tell me that if I just simply keep paying the Taxes for 5 years (now 3 1/5 Years) with written checks and or a Debt card In my name that I will be offered the Deed to the property by Pima County and they will have the Trust/Title Company Office sign it over to me...

I used a 10% off coupon + paid in HD GCs which were purchased for 85% on the dollar on gift card reselling websites. 

First few months should be focused on educating yourself on your local market, setting up a marketing budget, creating business cards, website, marketing materials to hand out etc etc etc.....you should expect the first few months to be difficult until your able to get a constant lead flow. 

I also sent them a $20 gift card, with the letter, as a nice gesture to hopefully ease any fears they may have about me as the new landlord of their home.
