This is the option you commonly see advertised as 10% down with NO PMI!!!

I follow several buyer's lists and get many emails with their wholesale inventory advertising something like "Home for $140,000 with ARV $250,000" or something similar.

I will use Facebook to advertise my business and update my page daily on my personal activities to keep them interested and not lose their attention.The worse thing you can do is not follow up with them and lose their attention.That's how business is lost.

We have an inspection to do but it was built in 2005 so I don't think there will be anything that will change our minds.Should I start advertising the rental available for November 1st knowing I won't be able to show this until mid October?

I don't want to do advertising for a credit card company lol.

Also I should point out it was advertised as being 575 sq ft, so when the living space (tax office doesn't care about living space, it counts the outer envelope) was measured it was a good 100 sq ft less than what I thought I was getting.I also figured I'd use the small size to my advantage.
