I say this because the Residential Landlord and Tenant Ordinance (RLTO) is a bit tricky to navigate for first time landlords and experienced landlords as well.

I'm negotiating and navigating deals all day, every day, and so there's just not a lot that I haven't seen.

I think you can do that but just trying to navigate the process.
