@Matt Charette a good place to start your networking would be the Black Diamond meetups hosted by @Ann Bellamy - they have a Worcester meetup (and a Waltham one) where you might be able to find some new friends to help you navigate this deal.

Regardless of whether that person in your chain is an investor or not, they can help you navigate the process.
