@Roy N. - We weren't planning on it up front, but have talked about opening up the possibility. 

I agree with Bryan N. , I always go with tile in the kitchen and bath for longevity and the ability to seal the floor from water damage. 

I do have some money, but would it be better spent marketing ourselves in the wholesale market or going in as an equity partner like you suggested for a fix 'n' flip?

theyre mainly for fix n flip. 

My main source of income is wholesaling properties but I also own a real estate brokerage and do a few fix-n-flips every year.
