Hello everyone, I am 24 years old, going to school and manage a door to door sales team for Dish Network.

Not sure if it would be more drastic for a larger loan like a mortgage.Also, let's say it doesn't impact it that much, but when the day comes and I want to apply for my 4th mortgage of the year, credit still in good standing, stable job and income, taxes paid, other 3 loans are paid on time and everything, would a bank at some point say, "you have too many loans", or do they just keep dishing them out?

Filling up pools in the backyard or having more people live there than they told you etc but then again in most cases you can just resolve that between you and the tenant.Thanks for the insight … yea it’s minimal, my units don’t have a washing machine, dish washer or a pool for that matter.

Another scenario some one might leave dirty dishes in the sink.

and or do the dishes  which this  did not have a dishwasher so we left 4 coffee mugs in the sink LOL. 

As far as appliances I don't allow dish washers or washers and dryers.

@Laurie Chimento I rent a fully furnished apartment down to the linens on the beds and dishes in the cupboard by the semester and I often have parents who are paying the rent and need to sign as co-signers.

I discussed with my partner and dished the idea that he would come up with the down payment and get the loan and I'd cover closing costs and be the property manager while living in one of the units.
