And the next thing you know you have post after post of actual investors who are going to  lose thousands and thousands of dollars on those deals.. listening to the cheer leaders.So I think talking both sides of the issue in a mature way is healthy personally.. once someone has both sides of the coin then they can decide but at least they have both sides and can then only look in the mirror if they went for the blue sky sales pitch side..But the bottom line in Real Estate and I have been in it since the mid 70s and my dad started in the mid 60s is as most have said its a cycle.. can it fall back heck ya and it will just like the stock market will go up and down..

I think you'd be better off with a mirror, or for not too much money Lowes sells med cabinets that have big oval mirrors over it, so they look more designer.
