Here’s my two cents:Paying off the condo might make sense if your main goal is to reduce risk and enjoy the peace of mind that comes with no mortgage.

However, a lot of concerns can be mitigated with looking at their past rental behavior in a lot of different settings.

I've asked my clients a similar question and have developed tools for them to minimize this, but I find there are a few different types of clients.Manager managed - these folks have no issues as they simply upload their year end statement from their property manager, their 1098 mortgage statement and any other one-off expenses they may have paid for outside of the management company. 

The ability to get funding in just a few days can make a world of difference, allowing investors to act quickly and lock in the best opportunities.I’m curious, in your experience, what strategies have you found most effective for building strong relationships with reliable direct lenders?
