@Cynthia Lee it depends on your state and local laws.Here in Michigan, we can accept partial rent payments up to the Writ status and have it not affect the eviction process.

I am financially free (8 digit net worth snd expect to achieve 9 before i die) but never see myself stopping the pursuit of more wealth.  

The local Mayor is saying we cannot reuse the space for this.

They are not cheap by any means (expect double digit interest rates) but they are available.
