However I have only lightly looked around on sites like Trulia, Zillow etc. and I have heard that they usually aren't the best resources compared to having a real estate agent with the MLS.

Hi, BP WORLD can someone please explain to me why some buyers want to buy for $5,000 and only want to do $5,000 in repairs, this is not logical to me, if you buy at this price you have to know it needs a lot of repairs, are they coming from another galaxy and heard that they can buy a property for $5,000 move in ready with light cosmetic work.
