The way around that being for my wife to be the lead or primary member on the LLC. 

The key is to not find the right answer, but o ask the right question that will lead to the answer, good or bad.Gino

Speed To Lead Is a Scam!

Hey BP community,I’m currently looking to expand my lead pipeline, and lately, it’s been pretty challenging to consistently find good deals.

Properties within driving distance offer several advantages:Hands-on management: You can personally handle issues like maintenance, repairs, and tenant interactions, which is invaluable when you're learning the ins and outs of rental management.Cost efficiency: Without needing to rely on a property manager from the start, you’ll save on fees.Faster response time: Being local means you're close enough to address emergencies or inspect the property as needed.Starting with a nearby property often leads to a smoother learning experience.

Then I move to something like, how did you find them as a tenant/worker (meaning how did the lead come to them)?

I was under the assumption that the road leading to cabin was a public road as it is named and marked on all maps, apparently not.

To save on costs they can't pay their staff nearly as well, leading to good employees leaving for better opportunities in the for-profit space. 

I was working as a lead carpentry for a remodeling in company in Seattle, but left in Oct. 2023 to help with my family's property and turn my side work full time, which is slowing down.
