This is something I plan to do myself when I start renting, plus including an overlay showing from which angle each listing photo was taken.Also one inside one of the kitchen cabinets to help illustrate what size the furnace filter is, what type of battery the garage door open, thermostat, and whatever else takes, where the water shut off valves are, etc.

Especially the days when you discover that big capex like a roof being blow off (happened 2 years ago), some tweakers climbed up on the roof and gutted the A/C (did two of those in the last 12 months), an evap cooler leaked for so long that the drywall on the ceiling of the kids bedroom caved in (last year), the hot water heater blew a hose and a major leak went unnoticed for 10 hours flooding the hall, kitchen and living room (dealing with that now), the tenant smelled gas outside, the gas company came and shut off the gas because the underground pipe is corroded AND also discovered that the water heater is not venting properly so it got red tagged (just dealt with that last month) or the time the tenant "invited" a homeless guy over, he moved in, then called his other homeless buddy up and he parked his crappy RV with his entire family living in it in the driveway.

Recommend electriciantest the unitsame as above duct appears intact __________________________________________________________generator by-pass home energized the master bedroom and bedroom 3 have GFI breakers in the panel boxthat would not reset there for the power in those rooms did not work, the GFI in the kitchen and the bathroomwould also not reset causing the power to the surrounding outlets not to work Electrical Wiring: Damaged --Other: N/A --Other: N/A_____________________Electric supply tested and functional?

that's an interesting perspective - I never thought of renting a bicycle out - the charging station is spot on - I also like the kitchen idea with spices and what not - when we stayed in a cabin up in Bass Lake - they had everything you can think of - anytime we needed anything in the kitchen or  around the cabin it was there.

I cannot attest to its longevity but it is advertised as waterproof (although extra steps are needed at the perimeter if installed in bathroom/kitchen where water could be a problem).
