I usually head to the house once a quarter to check up on things and fix anything that might need to be repaired (and of course have some fun up there).

Some idiot that was inexperienced at BRRR got in over his head(upside down) and resorted to leasing to a soberhouse operator across the street from my parents nice SFR in an affluent neighborhood....first the friends and ex-dealers come hang around the house, but, they are not allowed inside, so they all hang outside on the stoop or just down the street, if that's in front of your 80 year old parents house, too F'ing bad!!!...

My area I feel has very little appreciation at the moment although rental prices have increased rapidly over the past couple years (many landlords have not yet raised prices to what market can support). 

Probably not since at the time I am unemployed (I work in animation and the entertainment industry is on its head right now).

I'm headed up in February for a ski trip with the family and was going to schedule some appointments locally, but wanted to ask the BP community as well.

I have recently received calls/verbal offers on a few of my properties that have me scratching my head. 

I know we can have a lawyer draft up a quit claim deed to get her sister off of the deed, but I have head this is similar to when people transfer ownership to LLC and could pull up the due on sale clause?

Just an interesting thought experiment that popped into my head and I would love to hear everyone's thoughts!
