Any idiot that would read an advertisement for a property for sale will assume the owner is advertising, if it isn't that owner who holds legal title to convey, then that is a false and misleading representation, just as clear as the nose on anyone's face!

I know you might say I have gone nose blind to it, but that isn't true either.

Many are innocently misled by advice from those unable to put forward the hard realities of our business, many are far to lenient and forgiving of tenant behaviour which can get new landlords into a lot of trouble.My goal is to put out the true realities of our business and although my opinions are often hard nosed and controversial opinions are like A-holes...everyone has one...most people ignore the ones they don't like.

Hopefully will get my nose out of the paperwork and allow me to focus on growing.

Although I only stand 5'6" and still look like a teenager at 31, I've bumped my nose, failed fast, and gone through the real estate school of hard knocks like any successful investor.Don't give up when you've come this far though.

Since my first real estate workshop on April 17-19 I have been nose deep in the materials provided to educate myself in this field.

Make sure you do your due diligence I've seen out of state investors pay out the nose for properties that they should have paid $10k less or more than they actually paid.

I don't know, I always have a nose for finding something out of the norm...

And worst part was, I couldn't get that smell out of my nose for about a week.

If tenants here were treated as some landlords here let on, as to how tuff and hard nosed they are, they would have a pile of ashes to rent!
