I am assuming your dryer has a 4" outlet.Some uses a sheet metal rectangular or oval conduit that are basically two pieces that you slide in and out to adjust for the needed "length", so something like this will work - one inlet face the inside, the outlet face the outside wall.Even small ones like this: or There are many other variations and configurations.
