Hello everyone, I am curious if anyone has had recent success with midterm rentals utilizing the BRRRR method, and if so, would you be kind enough share some of the details.Thank you so much!

I believe that Hem Fir is what they make the kiln dried stuff out of (at Home Depot).

I signed up to this website as per recommended from an US investor I met last year.Currently beginning my REI journey with my primary focus being on the BRRR method.  

Lenders will use different methods for how they get their rent # from a DSCR.

Here in the smokies, people did great last year doing this…so far this year i think it has dried up very quickly. 

There are a few other methods that could deposit funds on the same day, but I wouldn't sweat it.

I am considering as a first time buyer to utilize the BRRRR method on my personal home, while also using a 203K loan to finance and rehab the property.

Every lender will have their own method/calculation, but most lenders will assume some amount of a minimum payment and apply that in your DTI calculation. 

I am also trying to find a partner to do the BRRR method but I need to ensure the person I am working with is trusted.
