There are great benefits to the program but also meaningful drawbacks.

Sounds like a sweet deal if you’re looking for the same - the few 100% LTC programs I know of cap the Loan-to-ARV at 65-70%.

I ended up spending about 4mos in AJ's Inner Circle program end of 2022 and beginning of 2023.

If not are there any other loan programs that could get capital to buy another investment?

I did the Brian Page program myself and I have to say it worked well and it was worth it.
