WHen you are talking to prospective renters and have to give notice to the current tenants to schedule showing times tell the prospective tenants I need to be considerate of the current tenant (it reminds them you arent just being difficult).

Call or go by the subject area apartment complexes and ask for current lease rate or act like you are a prospect renter looking for current rates. 

That demand along with conventions, sports teams, eSports, population growth and a lot of other things going on there right now is making me very optimistic about Vegas' future prospects.
