@Adonis Williams, you've received great comments: It depends on so many things, including FICO, LTV, type of loan, etc.

You can close in an LLC and don't need to provide employment history, income or tax returns, and DTI isn't a factor.

I work with a turnkey provider in Little Rock, and they are offering a 5.99% on all of their properties, even the new construction.

Situated on a 0.52-acre lot, the property provides a spacious environment.
