If you delivered a clean / clear unit and the tenant has had a hand in creating a pest issue by living sloppily, leaving food out, etc. they should remediate the problem or you can leave a few traps, poison, close holes, etc. as a courtesy.If the problem is very severe, hire a professional and bill back to your tenant if they are unwilling to cooperate.

When I ran a flight kitchen overseas, we had crusts, cheese, sauce, toppings, etc and employees to get the pizzas done but we were also focused on getting a large variety of foods out, not just pizza, but I digress.What I’m trying to understand is the mathematical language.

Tenant leases do include clauses about appliances being a convenience to them and that owners are not responsible for spoiled food if the freezer/refrigerator breaks or damaged clothing from the washer and dryer.
