Where the floor is cut to accommodate a stairway, the removed structure must be supported by a header and in a basement that header is usually supported by a post near the bottom of the stairway.

As many of you many already know, the Fed was originally projected to make six rate cuts for the year, however with this current data, the Fed will likely continue to be stagnant with making any cuts, if any at all.

Personally, I know a LOT of people are expecting cuts to start happening in June but with the spring market being hot here in Winnipeg and with the recent carbon tax increase I could see inflation staying high forcing the BOC to keep the prime rate where it is.
