You could buy out the partner over time using part of the cash flow generated by the property.Consider a silent investor who provides capital without day-to-day involvement.

Scammers may even go as far as creating fake W-2s or other tax documents or advertise fake tax credits to lure in taxpayers to share their sensitive information.Text, Mail and Phone Schemes: Scammers are targeting tax professionals and taxpayers through phone calls, text messages, and even fake AI generated IRS letters.

A call to customer service fixed this.  

I wanted to ask about pricing as well.I have reached out to support@biggerpockets twice (Feb 16th, Feb 19th), no response and reached out to the general customer service a few days ago, no response. 

We (I work at Azibo, just a disclaimer) have quite robust accounting capabilities and time saving features like Schedule E generation and automated  transaction tagging rules.

Even so we generated more cash-flow and built equity faster than any real estate investment we made, or even all of them together.

But the flexibility of your schedule, no boss or direct customers, and potential for a great year, and realistic expectation that you set make it all doable.   

The property is zoned as a 2-unit but have 3 independent units to potentially generate rent.
