For Central California investors most areas are a fairly short day drive on some of the most majestic coastal roadways in the country.

I am based in san francisco but pretty open to investing anywhere across the country - as long as it's a good opportunity in a good/profitable area.

. - Possibly... in most areas of the country the market is a sellers market and the seller can get top dollar for their property.
