Texas is number one in In-Migration (Both People and Corporations). that makes economy so diversified that even oil crash is not affecting Texas now.

Political season is upon us and more and more people are turning to social media to express opinions and beliefs.

Condos are mini democracies in my view, so you have politics there.

It is literally like finding a needle in a Haystack trying to find one.I Don't really want to use a Big Corporate HML, as I'd prefer to use one who is ..... 1.

I would recommend that you form some type of corporation or an LLC.  

The more I learn about it the more I find out how local politics plays a huge role in forcing such a law to get elected. 

It could be either a coop or a condo - in a coop you own shares in the buildings corporation that entitle you to occupy a specific unit, in a condo you own the physical space. they'll have either maintenance fees or HOA fees as an additional expense, and these can go up whenever the board voted on them.

It occurred to me - Does anyone use a personal corporation?

Now, one of those things, depending on your personal worth is you might want to form either some type of corporation or an LLC to form that will protect you personally and put you in a tax advantage.  

I'm looking to invest in solid countries (politically wise) that allow foreign investments, which makes me think I should look at the different markets in the USA.
