They were more than willing to take my money on a monthly basis, but wouldn’t answer repair calls from my tenants, took weeks to respond to me, and took the photos of the properties on terrible tablets.

Usually there will be cast iron under the basement floor which commonly fails after 100 years, and in St Louis, MO they ran clay pipe from the edge of the foundation to the alley where it connects to the main sewer line.

It is not a sink hole, it's simply built on clay.

Yesterday I spent another hundred on clorox tablets, and was thinking of spending another on a pool person to come and fix the kreepy crawler thing.
