Our 5,4& 2 year old were coming in with no less than 20 bites per child with bug spray that contained deet and essential oils.... they told us that unless there was grass and sand put down to at the least level the yard a little & stop the standing water and mud from accumulating in the yard and up against the house then it wouldnt help.

Other states like WY have charging order for both.So as a general rule, multi-member LLC have better liability protection than single-member, but you may be ok in some state.Different ways to get the added multi-member protection is either to have single member LLC owned by another single or multi-member LLC in another state where the charging order is the sole remedy, or to add a minority second member like a corporation, an irrevocable trust, another LLC, a child, a spouse or another family member.

There are several options for the banking within this setup: (1) operational LLC can end up being what receives and spends money for the setup per the operating agreements, (2) operation LLC does most activities, but you can also open accounts for each [child] series for specific funds (this can turn into a nightmare, so it isn’t recommended,) or (3) the operational LLC conducts activities and then house all individual expenses under the [parent] LLC bank account with correct earmarking (through Quickbooks, etc.)
