If a tenant mentions they have slipped/ fallen in your property with no injuries at this time, specifically mentioning it was when mopping the tile floor.

Ours were off by 72% as we started to rent it, jumped to 85% once we had to replace the main water line for sewage, and finally to 106% after first tenant moved out and we decided to fix all the bad repairs by the first contractor (tile, baseboard, paint and etc) and damage from the tenant.Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

Hello,As the title and description states I am closing on a rental property which has original terrazzo floors which in my opinion look nice, but the previous owner has installed ugly tile over it.

Clay tile is old technology but if it isn’t collapsed I would be tempted to run it and see what happens

Before moving out we replaced 75% of the flooring and put in granite countertops and tile backsplash in the kitchen.

The mortgage will only cover an additional 10k for repair due to the fact that I can do installation of electrical, plumbing, tiling, framing, hardwood flooring and landscaping by myself.
