Who are the players I need to know in IL, MI, WI, and IN?

Have you reached out to the Renovo type players already? 

We have things like WARt in baseball that can predict what a player will do based on what they have done in the past. 

Proper and Cbiz are other big players, but were more expensive in my experience.

Setup a keyword alert for turnkey here on Bigger Pockets and you'll start to see who the bigger players in the space are.

Wendy-Paul mckee is a big player in the market.

Where I live, Forest Heights, is less than 1 mile from Top Golf, Casino, National Harbor, Tanger Outlets, Movie Theatre, brand new target, new restaurants. 

Find the big players in Colorado Springs on BP.Add the keywords "Colorado Springs" and/or "Colorado" to the BP keyword alerts.

To be able to secure more bookings when you aren't staying there,  I would caution against buying a place that is too far north along the east shore, many guests here like to be close to the action (Heavenly,  Casinos, the city of south lake)

I'm looking to learn more about foreclosures and found that the Top 3 players (at least in California) seem to be Property Radar, RealtyTrac and Foreclosure.com (partnered with BiggerPockets?)
