Difference between Property Radar, RealtyTrac and Foreclosure.com
Hello all and Happy Friday to everybody,
First time posting here looking to become a fellow positive contributing member to this forum.
I'm looking to learn more about foreclosures and found that the Top 3 players (at least in California) seem to be Property Radar, RealtyTrac and Foreclosure.com (partnered with BiggerPockets?)
Curious to hear what other's experience has been using any of the 3?
I just signed up for the free trial for all of them to see the differences and so far, Property Radar seems a little clunkier to use and even gets stuck once in awhile on my Macbook on Mozilla. However, with that being said, I remember seeing several members speak highly of PropertyRadar so want to really learn the ins and outs of it.
Honorable mention: Defaultsearch.com which I think can provide you with the NODs for free? (maybe?) but that's about it I think plus the email function doesn't seem to work. Lastly, I believe it's also a partner of Bigger Pockets (I see what you guys are doing! lol) which while there's nothing wrong with that as BP is doing a great job of providing value, I'm just trying to figure out the pros/cons to each tool.
Thanks in advance and the more I learn, I'll come back and report as well.
Have a great weekend everybody!
