I have only had one person ask why the site said not to rent to them and I gladly told them because they had been arrested for possession with intent to sell and had lied on their paper application about it (they had nothing to say in response).If you have not yet accepted an applicant you can let people continue to apply.

the best thing to do is get out and drive around, get the papers look at some places, go to the cop shop or get in touch with the county records and look at arrest records ect..it will break town down pretty fastvacancy rates depend on price of unit, part of town and available work in the area it is a tough scenario but depending on the unit and your background checks or property management companies you should be able to find some good background before you buygood luck and great investing
