Real estate is not a fast way to get rich.

You can also try to find a "cash rich" Partner to help you qualify.

@Rich Weese spent some time RVing the USA, and he chose to domicile in SD - for tax purposes I believe.

Commit to the process of becoming a regular Pittsburgh investor, hang out here on BP with the Pittsburghers, study the city, its history, its culture, and its strangeness, and eventually you will be richly rewarded.

After reading Rich Dad Poor Dad (I know - the cliche starting point for all of us), reading a few more books, listening through the first 70 Bigger Pockets podcasts all in the last 4 months I put an offer in and bought my first investment.

Definitely not a way to get rich quick....but possibly a way to get your feet wet in RE investing.  

@Jill DeWit Thank you :)Account Closed Thank you :)  I relocated to Texas from California. i was not part of those rich folks already owned a house in California, i was merely 26 when i made the move.

Research about other investments led me to "Rich Dad, Poor Dad" and changed my perspective completely.

Rich - I have a few buyers that are paying cash for such buildings.
