They went out of town for 2 weeks and it was heaven, this place was totally liveable, I would have had party but my cat died, probably from stress induced by one of their screaming battles, but actually from a urinary tract blockage that would have cost over a thousand to correct (which is known to be caused by stress) anyway.

If you are signing contracts to purchase, whatever your purchase price is should cover all outstanding liabilities UNLESS you are LYING TO THE SELLERS and using FRAUD BY INDUCEMENT to get them to sign a contract:) So, what they owe would not be relevant to a certain extent.

Yea I’m bummed about the timing, unfortunately the seller’s agent ended up being an idiot and he caused a 3 week delay in closing and I got the keys on 8/28, not enough time to do the work it needed and get it ready so I’m stuck with the timing.
