Someone who can do odd jobs like assembling furniture, accept deliveries, take videos of contractors work, fix small things, etc but won't command a high hourly rate for specialized labor.

As of 2022, we have assembled a skilled international team that manages 40 high-end vacation homes across the western United States.

It's really hard to give sound advice without knowing the specifics of your land assembly... the size, the frontages, the location, the by right zoning for the area etc.
