I see this asked by new people about 3 times a week.  Where did you see that you need to network and build a team to get started?

Is there a book or course that tells people this?

if it was me I would go on Facebook and join the community group for the town the flip is in.  Then I would ask for the people I need such as contractor of you need that.  Real estate Atty if you need that etc

That's what the bp books preach. Focusing so much on building a team before you find a deal is useless. Find the deal, the people will come.
