Hi @Suhaib Rehman,I don't believe John has been active on BiggerPockets for some time now, but the Cape Coral market, and a few others surrounding, are certainly still feasible for investment purchases depending on your strategy and investment parameters.

They are the one advising her to switch from 401(k) to RE and she agrees as she doesn't believe stocks are going to get her to retirement at this point.

I would love to say more but people wont believe the truth, they will only believe what they think is true.
