Yes the biggest issue was they grew way too fast and he set up an entire servicing company to handle all of their deals.

It has now been 3 months that the auction has been won and the deed has still not been issued.

Ironically I grew up less than 10 minutes from this address (I currently live about 40 minutes away), so I still know the area well.

The only issue is with a bit lower rent there's a higher number of applicants that won't qualify but I don't mind the volume to get it filled. 

We are trying figure out the best way to address this issue.
