A lot of people are starting to take that kind of thing for granted because they don't understand how much more valuable the accuracy and timeliness of the MLS info is rather than Zillow, etc.

One can't categorically say that one segment in the future is worse than the others with accuracy and if it was so easy to predict then we would all be billionaires.

They could totally care less about accuracy and for that matter, helping consumers right wrongs imposed on them by any creditor.

In case if an investor will be hiring a full time employee, then it is according to skill, accuracy, scope of services, and etc at the very least.

- if you have someone else writing checks, use a system, that you have the ability to approve payments --- one who does the data entry - bookkeeper or someone at your office--- one who reconciles and analyze your data for profitability and accuracy - a fractional CFO or an accountantBTW - if you hire an qualified person for eg an accountant and if they send their employee - how qualified are they, what experience do they have in your industry, are they certified?

Although I do like the "guesstimate" Zillow has for my properties better than most of other apps, it's accuracy is a whole other story!
