I would go through my credit union with again a 30% down. by then I would have the downpaymeny as I currently have all of my capitol invested.how would you structure this deal. the seller is looking to get the money sooner rather than later.I can figure out the expenses and income. however I can provide it if need be..thank you!

Patrick, I am by no means an expert but my first thought would be to confirm with county property appraiser what the PIN (parcel identification numbers) is described as and if it can be changed or separatedAlso, the tittle company who will provide insurance may be able to weigh in too.Bank or credit union may help with valuation question.

He was not fully aware of what his wife was doing when they signed the original lease, but I reviewed the lease and both he and his wife signed it.2.He stated that he was military and that there are stipulations other than receiving new orders to a new base that allow him to break the lease, he gave TDY as an example.
