HEYI'm getting out of the air force and moving back to Miami in November....I have been wholesaling in Pensacola for some time and I'm pretty sure the market in Miami is completely different.I'm just wondering if bandit signs and newspaper ads are effective in Miami for finding sellers.......or are yellow letters better?

I would also try ByOwner.com, Fizber.com and check out local newspaper ads which is a traditional marketing approach that hasn't changed for FSBOs...

This is not exactly brokering because the list is being sold, just like a newspaper is sold to a tenant prospect with a list of the newspaper's published rental ads.Brokering occurs when a fee is collected (only) for matching up the tenant with the landlord.
