I also recommend looking and studying comparable sales on Zillow (NOT Zestimate).  

hello everyone ive been studying real estate since in high school but always taught you needed tens of thousands of dollars to star.

I am living proof that you can start with little money and knowledge and make it big if you study, improve and persevere.

James Mc Ree Thank you for the advice.With that being said I'm currently doing a lot of studying on the subject matter.

For out of state I would suggest to study the area that you want to invest into and find a good property management and then start looking for properties.

In any case, my study has still left these holes, so just looking for insight.Thanks all,JTM  

I didn't commit to the wholesaler, just checking out all avenues as I continue to study up on REI. 

Hello Everyone,I have a Contract in Place to close on a house by next week.This is my First Rehab Project.I have been looking for the houses for the past 6 months and also paid for Seminar/Workshop to study the Flipping Process.I finally decided to jump in this business,because i think i have found a house,in which i might make some money,but obviously not without encountering number of hurdles and obstacles.I have come across my first hurdle,which is, I am in need of a good General Contractor who can do the Rehab work and give me an estimate on it.Does any one in the Cincinnati Region has any Recommendations?
