Wants to invest in NJ properties
hello everyone ive been studying real estate since in high school but always taught you needed tens of thousands of dollars to star. I save up enough and recently graduated college a few months back. I want to know what i should do to get started on investing in rental multi families. How much should i have down, what pointers can any one give me so i can be prepare as much as possible. Looking for monthly positive cash flow on the rentals enough to get a 5 to 7 percent Cash on cash return on the property. If the numbers from my wants is even possible in the NJ market. Feel free to contact me thanks.
