I'm guessing it would take a major offense (drug or murder conviction) for someone to get kicked off the program.

Correct me if I am wrong Brenda but your question is more of a does insanely great deals like that really happen or was there a reason for the huge discount, say a mass murder or something.I can't say on Cali. tax laws, but what I do know is yes there is "deal of a lifetime" deals out there, and they can happen a lot more often then once in a life time if you put in the work.
