If you are talking about the crack between the facia bricks and the rest of the house, my opinion; the crack is minor, however you need to fix the stucco exterior wall to cover the area where it fell off or you could have a moisture problem in your house.

I've also seen structural problems, but those can be figured out by difficulty opening doors and windows in the rooms closest to the cracks, and of course, going under the house to check the foundation to see if the cinder block foundation is actually cracked on the inside, or if there is water penetration.
