Looks like there's a lot of moisture in there.

Also, you could consider putting down some landscaping with wood chips or something to regulate you moisture level under the house.

In the bathroom shower with pink tile, we found they used regular drywall (not moisture resistant) and there was no insulation on the outside wall where the window is.

No visible moisture around it. 

Some might use some non-destructive testing like moisture meters, but an inspector will not be able to tell you if the pointing on a brick facade will fail within a year unless it was already crumbling and falling out.

The longer its exposed to air/moisture the more problems can occur.

These are all signals that there may have been an issue with moisture. 

If you are talking about the crack between the facia bricks and the rest of the house, my opinion; the crack is minor, however you need to fix the stucco exterior wall to cover the area where it fell off or you could have a moisture problem in your house.

They did not even sweep the floors, the appliances which they received brand new are now filthy, shower has growth from moisture and the windows are dusty with dead flies on window seals.

I've also seen structural problems, but those can be figured out by difficulty opening doors and windows in the rooms closest to the cracks, and of course, going under the house to check the foundation to see if the cinder block foundation is actually cracked on the inside, or if there is water penetration.
