@David AbbateDavid,My statement of the economy and asset prices is a critique of Capitalism’s current short comings.For example the 30 Million Americans unemployed are not being reflected by the prices of the DOW/SP500.You’re welcome to be confrontational if you wish but my post was asking about material you’ve consumed that have shaped your education.

For tax purposes, I am considered American.

I would recommend that you take some time off & congratulate yourself for having worked so hard & fruitfully all these years where you are financially better than 90% of Americans. 

I know North American (small) property developers who decide to start doing property development in Latin America on their own.

I have however gotten business loans (American Express) by building a relationship with them (first a business charge card, a business loan, and then business credit card) over a four year period.

And over 30 million Americans unemployed will have long-lasting effects.  

When you read almost every American millionaire made it in real estate (80%?)  

Was it “Wet markets” (which continue to thrive) or a Wuhan lab which was partially funded by American tax payer money.

*New American Funding, I did not end up using them but they were entirely electronic and I would recommend them even though they weren't able to give me the best deal of my situation. 

We are also heavily influenced by international events (including how other countries are handling this pandemic) and & world economy (watch out for more capital flight from Latin America after the COVID dust settles).
